How fast can you get me powered on?
We do your on-site Reliability Plan in about 1 hour. Typical installs power on 10–14 days from permit approval. If we miss for reasons we control, you earn a $100 per‑day credit - Our 14‑Day Permit‑to‑Power Guarantee.
What if I don't need a permit?
After signed contract, down payment, and 3 day right to cancel. Your 14 day Guarantee starts and we begin the installation process
Do I have to deal with permit/gas/electrical work?
No. We handle permits, gas, electrical, and inspections - TURNKEY. You provide access; we do the rest. We back it with written terms so there’s zero guesswork.
It feels expensive. Can you work with my budget??
